Heritage DG Skin Contact Red Blend crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi, Merselan, and Antei grapes, this wine is characterized by its aromatic, juicy, and refreshing profile. Grown in narrow coastal strips between the Caucasus Mountains and the Caspian Sea, these vineyards are known as "Derbent Gates." The terrain offers protection from frost and strong winds while enriching the soil with minerals. The maritime climate provides ideal growing conditions through its reflection of sunlight and evaporation of moisture. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks controlled at 12°C initially and 18°C towards the end, followed by a contact time of 12-16 hours to enhance fruity notes. Post-fining and bottling, the wine is aged for at least two months before release.
